Japanese lost book on tram
The background of these interventions are the pages of a book someone might have forgotten on the tram.
Part of me felt uneasy about tearing the pages for these images I made using pencil, ink, red paint and tea bags. However, it was hard to resist the beauty that Japanese characters have in themselves so I guess I sought to read in a different way.

white gravity
The following are a selection of brief poems & photographs from a weekend trip to
Falls Creek,Victoria. I was inspired by the topography, all clad in white
and at times showing distinct shadow patterns.
Heavy feet on the moon-like snow
cold gravity
evaporating beauty.

Intense white
Silent white
The ghost that's nature.
the snow has gone black.
Tomorrow,
Light will awake to find the unmade

Tree House
I made this sculpture on the occasion of my brother's birthday as a gift for him.
I wanted to make a tree house, perhaps because long ago he showed me a photo of a charming tree house and I thought I'd like to build this one bearing in mind the concepts of harmony, imagination and movement.
The ground isn't flat, instead it allows for light and shadows to accentuate the spatial notion of flow and freedom.
The way up is by means of 'tale' steps; the red door isn't completely symetric, it ends (or starts) in a diagonal line that gives continuity to the ascent.
The windows are built acoustically so that the tree house resonates with the song of the birds.
