Milano

For the past month of May I had been working on an installation of which this bird (#20) is part of.
Today it has been given a name: Milano. And also today, marks an important
date in which I am about to set out on a long trip to the Old Continent and birthplace of Western civilization to meet with my beloved brother.
Though there are several currents of opinion regarding Milan's etymology, one of the most widespread is that it means "Middleland" from the latin Mediolanum.
Coincidentally, today in the Roman calendar is Wednesday, June the 5th.

Buon Viaggio Milano!
